One sentence I grew to hate as a child was “because I said so.” Patient and loving as my parents were, this ultimatum was usually reached from exhaustion at my line of questioning around every command. They’d usually answer a question or two, then out of exhausted they’d give up and pull rank. Above all else, this company is founded on free thought and open debate. If we want to learn something, we teach it. If we can’t defend our opinions, we change them. If we can’t keep you coming back, don’t. Otherwise, what kind of company would this be?
